Tehran, September ۲۵, ۲۰۲۴ (MRUD NEWS)—Iran has experienced a significant ۷۳% increase in road freight transit in the first five months of ۱۴۰۳, with the total volume reaching ۷.۸ million tons, compared to ۴.۵ million tons during the same period last year. This data indicates substantial growth in the country's road transport sector and reflects a broader improvement in Iran's economic and trade activities. The ten-year trend analysis reveals that the previous highest road freight transit was recorded at ۴.۵ million tons in the first five months of ۱۴۰۲. This year's notable increase highlights a remarkable upward trend in road transport activities.
